Order Processing All orders are processed within 0–1 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe Express delivery across Sri Lanka: 1–2 business days Colombo and Western Province: 2–3 business days
Shipping Fee Free delivery islandwide on all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) We accept Cash on Delivery on all orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If the order cannot be delivered after two attempts, it will be returned and the order will be cancelled.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive an SMS with your tracking details. You can track your order via the courier's website or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp.
Undeliverable Orders If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the order will be cancelled. A new order will need to be placed.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement.
